Yoga Classes
Spring Theme: Self love, acceptance and growth through the Yoga Sutra of Asteya, non coveting.
Love who you are in this moment. Allow yourself to grow at your pace. Know the difference between rest and stagnation, between healthy growth and pushing beyond your boundaries to the point of injury.

Sun & Moon Yoga
Balance the nervous system. Start with dynamic and challenging movements inspired by the sun, to bring heat into the body. Finish with cooling restorative poses that calm the mind and relax the body.
Hatha Yoga
A balance of breathing, meditating, strengthening, stretching and connecting with yourself. You will be led through poses that express the full range of motion. Held poses are used throughout the class to allow you to practice being present in the moment. This class is designed to be challenging while also giving you the opportunity to hold space for yourself.
Restorative Yoga
Be guided through a gentle full body stretch combined with soft, supported held poses. The goal is to be comfortable and allow the muscles and mind to relax. Practice resting and relaxing with intention. Give yourself the opportunity to refill all the energy you out.
Chair Yoga
A gentle class that uses the chair for support. Get all the same benefits as a traditional yoga class: strength, flexibility, balance, and a relaxed mind. Poses are done in the chair and using the chair’s support with a focus on alignment and safety. The class will also incorporate meditation and breath work.
Chair Optional Flow
An accessible and adaptable flow style yoga class. The chair is a wonderful prop that helps with balance and aids in smooth movement. Practice moving with breath and intention. The class is inspired by functional fitness and strengthening skills that you can take into day to day living. Increase whole body health including strength, flexibility, and balance.

An invigorating class that utilizes yoga to get the heart pumping and build core strength. The class is designed promote fat burn and boost endurance. Go through a series of dynamic poses that enhance flexibility, balance, and build muscle. Feel energized, stronger, and centered.

Zumba
You are invited to a dance party! Let your sassy self shine! Its all about having fun and moving your body. Get a full body dance based workout set to world music mixed with some pop favs. Anyone who wants to dance is welcome!
Deep Water Aerobics
A no impact full, body workout for all levels. Go at a pace that works for you. Do a blend of cardio conditioning and toning exercises. Flotation devices are provided.
Aqua Dance
Done in the shallow end of the pool, dance your heart out! The class is set to latin music and pop. Have a great time, feel good, and move your body!
Aqua Boot Camp
Get results in this challenging full body workout. Training in the water burns more calories with minimal impact on joints. Work on building strength and endurance. The class is set up in circuits and has the option to use props for maximum benefits. It is taught to be accessible to different levels of fitness. Who knew you could sweat in the pool?
