Mini Yoga Retreat
Just like a smoothie is a quick burst of nutrients to your body, Soul Smoothie is a quick burst of nurturing to your soul. It is a way to connect with yourself. A potent act of self-care.
The retreat is bite-sized, just over 4 hours long so you can fit it into your busy schedule. The the number is participants is small, so each person has an individualized experience.

Guided meditation to bring into a retreat mindset. The connection with yourself begins here. Let everything else melts away as you choose to use this time just for you.
Heart Opening Hatha Yoga
Slowly move through a combination of heart-opening and grounding poses. Connect with your heartfelt self from a centered place. The sequence is designed to expand into and explore the emotional body
Journal Prompts
Go a little deeper. The journal prompts are used for self reflection. They keep your mind focused and help you to digest the experience.
Sun Flow Yoga
A spicy practice. Move your body to shift your energy. Sun Flow adds the element of heat. Heat loosens what is stuck and burns out what no longer serves you. Unlock your inner strength.
Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy
Rest. Release. Refresh. Restorative Yoga gives you an opportunity to simply be. The practice combines a gentle full body stretch with comfortable, held yoga poses. The poses are supported by props so you can relax completely. Aromatherapy, guided meditation, and reiki are woven into the class. Each of these elements encourages grounding and calms the nervous system. Doing a restorative practice at the end of the retreat allows for reflection. It also lets all of the work you did to settle into the body.

The workbook the map for this journey, guiding you through the retreat. It also helps you to continue the work after you leave. There are additional journal prompts, habit tracker, a yoga sequence, meditation, and some healthy recipes to assist you along the way.
