About Me

Hi! I'm Jasmine,
​Your Deep Relaxation Guide & Yoga Based Wellness Coach



Hey there — I’m curious, whimsical, and endlessly passionate about helping people live lives that feel full, grounded, and joyful. I love deep conversation, a great playlist (yes — all 90’s music 🎧), and chocolate — preferably in the middle of a long day.

I believe wellness shouldn’t be rigid — it should feel alive, practical, and fun. My approach blends ancient wisdom (like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness) with modern science and real-life tools so you don’t just feel good in a session — you feel resilient and more at ease in your everyday life. 

My Story
Almost twenty years ago, someone invited me to a yoga class — and I never looked back. What started as a way to feel physically strong quickly became a lifelong adventure in well-being. Along the way I fell in love with meditation, breathwork, the philosophy of living well… and basically nerded out on every piece of mind-body-soul knowledge I could find.
Before wellness became my full-time focus, I worked a handful of different jobs (you know, life stuff) — but no matter what I was doing, I always seemed to help friends and family feel better. That little pattern eventually became my calling.
So I dove in: yoga teacher trainings, advanced study, coaching certifications…and kept moving toward what lights me up most: helping people build real skills that make their lives feel easier, stronger, and more joyful.

  • Amusement parks are my jam — though forwards-only roller coasters now 😅
  • Chocolate...(and anything chocolate is in) is my favorite treat
  • My sourdough starter has a name: Betty-Rose 💛
