Class Descriptions
Yoga & Meditation
Yoga Flow
Flow through poses that balance the nervous system. Challenging moments to build strength and endurance are combined with gentle stretches for flexibility. A blend of work and rest to take care of your whole self. All levels welcome.
Hatha Yoga
A balance of breathing, meditating, strengthening, stretching and connecting with yourself. You will be led through poses that express the full range of motion. Held poses are used throughout the class to allow you to practice being present in the moment. This class is designed to be challenging while also giving you the opportunity to hold space for yourself.
Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy
Be guided through a gentle full body stretch combined with soft, supported, held poses. The goal is to be comfortable and allow the muscles and mind to relax. Practice resting and relaxing with intention. Give yourself the opportunity to refill all the energy you out. The experience of relaxation is enhanced with the use of essential oils being diffused and integrated into the practice.
Yoga Hike
Experience a revitalizing morning of hiking and yoga in the breathtaking Green Mountains. Come along for a guided hike to The Equinox Pond. At the pond, participate in an enlivening yoga practice. We complete the morning with a fun hike back to the spa. (Movement Studio is the weather back-up)
Chair Yoga
A gentle class that uses the chair for support. Get all the same benefits as a traditional yoga class: strength, flexibility, balance, and a relaxed mind. Poses are done in the chair and using the chair’s support with a focus on alignment and safety. The class will also incorporate meditation and breath work.
Chair Optional Flow
An accessible and adaptable flow style yoga class. The chair is a wonderful prop that helps with balance and aids in smooth movement. Practice moving with breath and intention. The class is inspired by functional fitness and strengthening skills that you can take into day to day living. Increase whole body health including strength, flexibility, and balance.
Floor Yoga
Work on your core strength and flexibility. All movements are done on a mat, mostly from seated or laying on the back. It is a mixed level class with variations available based on your fitness level. The class is set to relaxing music. Get a core workout and feel centered.
Floating Sound Bath
Drift into deep relaxation with a Floating Sound Bath, a soothing blend of water, sound, and stillness offered in the serene setting of the spa. Float in the warm pool or nestle into a lounge chair as you're immersed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, steel drum, and vocal toning. These therapeutic vibrations are known to ease stress, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and support energetic balance. Whether you're a local looking to unwind or a guest enjoying a getaway, this experience offers a quiet, grounding reset. Just show up, relax, and let the sound carry you.

You are invited to a dance party! Let your sassy self shine! Its all about having fun and moving your body. Get a full body dance based workout set to world music mixed with some pop favs. Anyone who wants to dance is welcome!

Take the party to the pool and dance your heart out! This class is done in the shallow end of the pool. It is set to latin music and pop. Have a great time, feel good, and move your body! Get in a full body workout that feels like a party!
Joint Health and Mobility (in the Pool)
The water provides a supportive space to work on balance, joint health, and mobility. Done on the shallow end of the pool. The focus is on functional fitness, moving the body in ways that keeps us healthy and safe outside of the pool.
