Class Descriptions
Yoga Classes
Flow & Restore Yoga
Help your whole body and brain feel good! This class is designed to balance your nervous system. Start with dynamic and challenging movements inspired by the sun. Bring heat into the body, gain strength, balance, and flexibility. Finish with cooling restorative poses, inspired by the moon. These poses calm the mind and relax the body.
Hatha Yoga
A balance of breathing, meditating, strengthening, stretching and connecting with yourself. You will be led through poses that express the full range of motion. Held poses are used throughout the class to allow you to practice being present in the moment. This class is designed to be challenging while also giving you the opportunity to hold space for yourself.
Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy (in person)
Be guided through a gentle full body stretch combined with soft, supported held poses. The goal is to be comfortable and allow the muscles and mind to relax. Practice resting and relaxing with intention. Give yourself the opportunity to refill all the energy you out. The experience of relaxation is enhanced with the use of essential oils being diffused and integrated into the practice.
Restorative Yoga with Guided Meditation (virtual)
A deeply calming and rejuvenating experience designed to release tension and promote peace. You use pillows, towels, and blankets as props. The poses are held for several minutes. You are meant feel supported and comfortable. Guided meditation is used throughout the class to allow your to really let go. Participants often feel refreshed, balanced, and more connected to their inner selves.
Meditation & Breathwork
Press pause. Practice being. During this class you will learn breathing techniques that are centering and grounding. The meditation is a combination of Mindfulness and Reiki meditation. We practice observing what is and being present in the moment. You will also start to build a relationship with your energetic bodies. Connect to and integrate your whole self. You will develop skills that you can take with you into all of life's situations.
Chair Yoga
A gentle class that uses the chair for support. Get all the same benefits as a traditional yoga class: strength, flexibility, balance, and a relaxed mind. Poses are done in the chair and using the chair’s support with a focus on alignment and safety. The class will also incorporate meditation and breath work.
Chair Optional Flow
An accessible and adaptable flow style yoga class. The chair is a wonderful prop that helps with balance and aids in smooth movement. Practice moving with breath and intention. The class is inspired by functional fitness and strengthening skills that you can take into day to day living. Increase whole body health including strength, flexibility, and balance.

You are invited to a dance party! Let your sassy self shine! Its all about having fun and moving your body. Get a full body dance based workout set to world music mixed with some pop favs. Anyone who wants to dance is welcome!
Aqua Zumba
Take the party to the pool and dance your heart out! This class is done in the shallow end of the pool. It is set to latin music and pop. Have a great time, feel good, and move your body! Get in a full body workout that feels like a party!
Joint Health and Mobility (in the Pool)
The water provides a supportive space to work on balance, joint health, and mobility. Done on the shallow end of the pool. The focus is on functional fitness, moving the body in ways that keeps us healthy and safe outside of the pool.
Deep Water Aerobics
A no impact full, body workout for all levels. Go at a pace that works for you. Focus on building cardio endurance and core strength. Flotation devices are provided.

A shallow end, low impact workout (gentle on joints). Strength is the foundation of this workout. The resistance of the water is a great medium to intensify a workout. Water is almost 1,000 times more dense than air!
HIIT (high intensity interval training)
A challenging workout on your own terms. Jasmine chooses movements that can be easily adapted to different fitness levels. HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. A blend of timed strength and cardio moves with built in rest. Your body gets prepared to move with a warm up. Next we give it our all with 30 minutes of HIIT, followed by a cool down and stretching. HIIT is designed to get big results in a short workout.
