Deep Relaxation Sessions offer a deeply calming experience that supports the nervous system, reduces stress, and promotes overall well-being. Each session integrates restorative yoga, Reiki energy work, gentle stretching, guided meditation, and breathwork. For in-person clients, optional aromatherapy may be included to enhance relaxation and support the senses.

From there, you'll be guided through a personalized sequence that begins with breath awareness and meditation to help you settle into stillness.
