These are a combination of coaching and wellness practices. (Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, Reiki) How the time is divided up in the session depends on your needs at the time. We go over your goals and make adjustments. For most coaching packages 1:1 sessions happen biweekly. |

After our intake session, I put together a guide for you to follow. A personalized wellness map! It will include a habit tracker, space for reflection, and an easy to follow guide of your practices. It has written descriptions and images when appropriate. In additions, it includes journal prompts, additional meditations, and quick guide to foundational practices. |

CUSTOM RECORDINGS |
Record practices for you to follow. You will access the videos through a private Canva link. (You do not need to have canva to access the video.) Recordings range from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. The length of the recording depends on how much time you can confidently commit to your practice. |

BIWEEKLY REFLECTIONS |
On the weeks we do not have a 1:1 session, these help to stay on track. It gives an opportunity to problem solve and make informed adjustments. This way you are not stuck a whole week doing something that isn't working. Biweekly reflections are done in the format of a survey. After reviewing the week, together we make a plan for success. |
